The CMMS class system was deisgned to support the upkeep service. Through use of series of functions it is possible to automatize the works related with repair economy, creating assignments schedules, maintance and lubrication, performing planned and not planned repairs, managing the fixed assets, the storage and the access to the information about actual storage condition. Information can be generated and made available automaticly to the interested persons. Among these information we can distinguish: notification about a breakdown, machine stop, damage etc. Thanks to modern graphic interface, users of the system are given a fast and effective access to information regarding: failure rate indicators MTBF and MTTR, causes of failures, efficiency of the technological courses, machine competency indicator and also costs of profitability of exploitation.

 

Main system modules: Functions:
  • Machines and devices register – The basic card file which gathers and clusters the information about machinery stockand maintence plans together with manuals.
  • Spare parts card file – Allows to run storage card files and to manage the spare parts
  • Document registry – Supportive data base that allows to register the income and outcome documents (eg. IO, WZ, MM,Inventory control, …) to the spare parts storage.
  • Spare parts card file – Module that allows to register spare parts storage
  • Service centres register – Module that allows to register machine and device service centres.
  • Listings and reports – Module that allows to make listings and generale reports about the condition of machinery stock (number of performed repairs, changed parts, costs, …)
  • Visualization madule – Module enables a graphic presentation of equipment placement in the industrial hall.
  • Integral-regal module - Allows to link the software with high storage shelves made by Hanel company, and also provides full control of performed operations and extensive multidimensional analysis
  • Supportive modules - They are used to import and export the data to other applications (eg. Word, Excel)
  • Archive – It allowes to store the information copies that are included in the data base
  • Network modules – Make able to use a program in the network environment and to exchange information between other data base systems (eg. SQL). Additional module to support electronic mail.
  • Security protection – Provides a controlled access to each module and program commands
