Document registering related with executing research allows to fully document executed research (research protocols, research results, evidence).System has got also modules that provide full supervision over the laboratory documentation. - Research card – Allows to register the documents related with executing research (research protocols, research results, evidence)
- Examinated assortment card file – The basic data base containing information regarding examinated assortment with a possibility of searching and clustering according to choosen criterion and printing: research card, measure lists, listings, forms, etc.), automatic entering the research-to-do by the user.
- Measure and research card file – The basic data base used to store information about research, measurement, test, etc. results. Emission of the documentation related with research (evidence and protocols)
- Research plans card file(schedules) – The basic data base used to plan the research and to create schedules, indexes, catalogues, etc.
- Contractor card file – Module that enables the registration of clients and cooperators
- Emploee card file – Supportive data base used in borrowing card file in order to identify the employee with a measuring tool (borrowings and returns)
- Analitical module – Module that enables the analisys of research results
- Supportive modules – They are used to join data bases with choosen external programs (MS Word, MS Excel)
- Archive – Makes able to store the information copies contained in the data base
- Network modules – Make able to use a program in the network environment and to exchange information between other data base systems (eg. SQL). Additional module to support electronic mail.
