It is an informatic system which enables to statistical supervise and analize of the technological processes. It enables to simultanously supervise many production processes on control cards X-R, X-S, n, eg., by analysis of the measurable and alternative features in accordance with the requirements of the norm ISO 9001 : 2000. Within the framework of the system there can be delivered stands for the measures. Stands for the measures are built strictly by the needs and requirements of particular SPC system. Thanks to the intuitive user friendly interface and use of additional devices: touchpads, bar code scanners, direct connection of the measure devices by RS232, the program is simple and efficient in its function. | Main system modules: | Funct | - Processes card file – The basic card file which allows to describe the process, build measuring tracks, define the measuring cards and also scheduling the frequency of the measures and the way of collecting data from processes.
- Measure card – The basic module which allows to perform the measures and collecting data from the process. The use of advanced functions of touchpads, bar codes scanners and measuring tools with the RS232 module for automatic import of the data to the program.
- Analitical module – The basic module which allows to analyze the process data: research of the schedule normality, trend detection, accumulative cards, process comparison, research of the I and II level error, bar charts building, research of the coefficients of processes and machines, verification of the measure data, correlation research, verification of the employees who input the data, research of the measuring systems.
- Plan and control card file (Schedules) – Supportive module which allows to build control plans, special charasteristics verification and to build the structure of processes.
- Contractor card file –Supportive card file about contractors, providers, ...
- Employees card file – Supportive card file used in basic module: process card file, measure card, …
- Listings and Reports – Module that allows to make listings and generale reports
- Supportive modules - They are used to join data bases with choosen external programs (MS Word, MS Excel)
- Archive - Makes able to store the information copies contained in the data base
- Network modules – Make able to use a program in the network environment and to exchange information between other data base systems (eg. SQL). Additional module to support electronic mail.
- Security protection – Provides a controlled access to each module and program commands
