System FMEA

Program is used as a supportive tool FMEA (Study of potential causes and effects of processes) in relation to produkt and/or process. Thanks to specially designed interface, program allows to rekord and analise cause and effect relations of potential flaws of the product tohether with taking into account the criticality factor (risk). Program has many modules which aid the group work: assignment schedules, process documentation management, information exchange in the range of FMEA team. Simple and fair user interface increases the comfort of the work and provides an efficient use of that device.


Main system modules: Functions:
  • FMEA product card -  card file describing the FMEA sheets for the product
  • FMEA process card – card file describing the FMEA sheets for the process
  • Analitical module – basic module of the program which provides the analisys of the FMEA coefficients (S, O, D, RPN,…)
  • Flowchart module – allows to describe the process in a block diagram
  • Lists and reports – module which allows to make lists and generale reports
  • Supportive modules - They are used to import and export the data to other applications (eg. Word, Excel)
  • Archive – It allowes to store the information copies that are included in the data base   
  • Network modules - Make able to use a program in the network environment and to exchange information between other data base systems (eg. SQL). Additional module to support electronic mail.
  • Security protection – Provides a controlled access to each module and program commands
  • Registration of the FMEA sheets in relation to products and providers
  • Joining of the data from the FMEA sheets with the process structure
  • Use of the block diagrams (FlowChart) to describe the processes
  • Information exchange between sections (technology, production, ....)
  • Historyk of changes and modifications (products, reciever, correcting actions, ...)
