Lacks and complaints is the one of the main module of the INS4QUALITY system. It provides registration and supervision oper any resultive lacks, as well internal as external. Thanks to the use of series of mechanisms that provide individual adjustment of the description card to the demands and needs of a company, system can supervise information about resultive lacks with a partition to kind and type of lack (complaint), place, causa, description of produkt and process, additional costs and calculations, taken correction actions and series of individually stated and defined types. To build analisys and reports an advanced multiprofiled analitical module is used. It provides analisys presentation in a graphic form and also export of the listings to many formats, such as: excel, PDF, JPG, html. By the ability of importing serie sof correcting actions to resultive lacks, system supports and tracks the level of influence of correcting actions on decreasing the lacks making. To store the information are used relational data bases that provides storing and distributing the information in one central place, with a possibility of a multistand and multiaccess work which uses proper protection from accessing the data mechanisms.

  • Emploees card file – universal card file about emploees (personal data, employment), which provides identification of particular assignments in the system and also joining these information with lacks and complaints cards.
  • Contractor card file – universal card file which provides storing the clients, providers, cooperators data, and joining these information with lacks and complaints cards.
  • Product and service card file – universal card file which describes the products and services, their features and classification together with attachments (photos, descriptions, technologicas cards, specifications, ...)
  • Supportive modules – They are used to import and export the data to other applications (eg. Word, Excel)
  • Archive – It allowes to store the information copies that are included in the data base.
  • Network modules - Make able to use a program in the network environment and to exchange information between other data base systems (eg. SQL). Additional module to support electronic mail.
  • Security protection – Provides a controlled access to each module and program commands
