 Program is used as a supportive tool FMEA (Study of potential causes and effects of processes) in relation to produkt and/or process. Thanks to specially designed interface, program allows to rekord and analise cause and effect relations of potential flaws of the product tohether with taking into account the criticality factor (risk). Program has many modules which aid the group work: assignment schedules, process documentation management, information exchange in the range of FMEA team. Simple and fair user interface increases the comfort of the work and provides an efficient use of that device.

Record of the control measure equipment |

 Program to record of the control measure equipment allows to gathering and storing the information about the equipment to control measurements and research and also allows to efficient managing of this equipment in accordance with the requirements of the international norm ISO 9001. Program enables an easy way for placing in data base every important information needed to run the card file of the control measure equipment, and also its clustering, filtrating, sorting and printing in different profiles. Thanks to specially designed artwork and user friendly interface the management of the control measure equipment is simple, quick and efficient.

 It is an informatic system which enables to statistical supervise and analize of the technological processes. It enables to simultanously supervise many production processes on control cards X-R, X-S, n, eg., by analysis of the measurable and alternative features in accordance with the requirements of the norm ISO 9001 : 2000. Within the framework of the system there can be delivered stands for the measures. Stands for the measures are built strictly by the needs and requirements of particular SPC system.  Lacks and complaints is the one of the main module of the INS4QUALITY system. It provides registration and supervision oper any resultive lacks, as well internal as external. Thanks to the use of series of mechanisms that provide individual adjustment of the description card to the demands and needs of a company, system can supervise information about resultive lacks with a partition to kind and type of lack (complaint), place, causa, description of produkt and process, additional costs and calculations, taken correction actions and series of individually stated and defined types. To build analisys and reports an advanced multiprofiled analitical module is used. It provides analisys presentation in a graphic form and also export of the listings to many formats, such as: excel, PDF, JPG, html. By the ability of importing serie sof correcting actions to resultive lacks, system supports and tracks the level of influence of correcting actions on decreasing the lacks making. To store the information are used relational data bases that provides storing and distributing the information in one central place, with a possibility of a multistand and multiaccess work which uses proper protection from accessing the data mechanisms.
