Program is designed for complex management of tools in a company. It allows to manage the trading tools (drills, forms, spanners, measure tools (caliper scale, diameter scale, thermometers) and special (matrix, forms, patterns). Specially designed program modules allow to register: tools, borrowing and return, regeneration and repair operations, research and measure cards. Thanks to the use of data base servers, program can be used on many positions: toolhouse, tool giveaway, measurement laboratory, measure chamber, product, technology and construction.
Specially designed and adjusted to the user needs (tool card, measure and research card, wear off card, borrowing and return card) provide to run a full documentation related with owned toolhouse.


 

 

Main system modules: Functions:
  • Tools card file – Allows to run trade, measure, special tools card file and managing of the purchase and condition of storing tools
  • Document register – Supportive data base which allows to register the income and outgo documents (eg. IO, WZ, …)
  • Borrowings and returns register – Supportive card file which allows to register the tools movement and their use in the company (use of magnetic cards, bar codes)
  • Employees card file – Supportive data base used in borrowings and returns. Possibility of placing a picture of an employee (identification when borrows)
  • Registers for accountancy – Allows to generale registers for accountancy (incomes and outgoes, inventory control, fixed assets).
  • Bar code module – Additional module for the use of bar codes scanners and labels with bar codes to management of the tools and borrowings and returns card files.
  • Account management module – Additional program module which allows to perform income, outgo and borrow operation to the choosen accounts (departaments, costs, production plans)
  • Orders and returns – Module which allows to edit the orders and offer requests.
  • Integral-regal module - Allows to link the software with high storage shelves made by Hanel company, and also provides full control of performed operations and extensive multidimensional analysis
  • Listings and returns – Module that allows to make listings and generale reports about tools condition (possibility of use of the universal module or to adjust already existing templates)
  • Supportive modules - They are used to import and export the data to other applications (eg. Word, Excel) and a connection with the electronic mail manager (eg. Outlook Express)
  • Archive – It allowes to store the information copies that are included in the data base. Possibility of use of the zip archives and to establish a schedule, creation of backup copies (for onestand version or a network)
  • Network modules – Make able to use a program in the network environment and to exchange information between other data base systems (eg. SQL). Additional module to support electronic mail.
  • Security protection – Provides a controlled access to each module and program commands

Production planning

The Production Planning module is an integral part of the INS4PRODUCTION system. It uses, during the planning, a vast number of data. Data can be entered from the inside of organization as well as from the outside, by providers, partners and even clients. Production planning algorythm included in the Production Planning system, to generate production plans, uses data mainly from Technological Preparation of Production and actual state of orders. This module has got an efficient and modern user interface with series of modern functions which makes able to process a great amount of data in real time and deliver it in the proper form to the planner. By using a number of advanced functions the system provides a series of information about: the main production schedule, construction specification (Bill Of Material), information about quantity of particular elements, planning data. The Production Planning System is always strictly adjusted to organizations specific requirements and to people who manager the production planning.

Service upkeep system

System utrzymania ruchu

The CMMS class system was deisgned to support the upkeep service. Through use of series of functions it is possible to automatize the works related with repair economy, creating assignments schedules, maintance and lubrication, performing planned and not planned repairs, managing the fixed assets, the storage and the access to the information about actual storage condition. Information can be generated and made available automaticly to the interested persons. Among these information we can distinguish: notification about a breakdown, machine stop, damage etc. Thanks to modern graphic interface, users of the system are given a fast and effective access to information regarding: failure rate indicators MTBF and MTTR, causes of failures, efficiency of the technological courses, machine competency indicator and also costs of profitability of exploitation.

Technological preparation of production application is one of the main management and production planning system module of INS4PRODUCTION. Program allows to supervise and control over the correctness of the preparation and write out of the technological processes. By using the central knowledge base, the authorized persons have a quick access to information related with such technological processes as: tools card files (trade, measure, special), storage card file, position card file, device and machine card file, document card file and others included it INS4PRODUCTION system. Through the possibility of use and duplicate of the existing process and operation structure, together with construction documentation, users of the system are given a proffessional supportive tool, that lighten the everyday work. Placing and writing out of the processes in the system makes possible for constant improve and improvement of the production processes, by eliminating errors consequenlty increasing the efficiency and quality of the production.
