Analitical program compatible with the norm ISO 9000 : 2000 management of delivery control in a company. Program allows to individual design and use of the qualifying forms for the providers, control plans, research cards, measurements, delivery and providers analysis. Great universality of the modules enables to use the program in many branches: mechanical, chemical and service. Simple, fair and efficient users interface joined with additional modules: service of the touchpads, bar codes, wireless data terminals and a possibility of multistand service gives the user an advanced tool for managing the delivery control in a company..

 

Main system modules: Functions:
  • Delivery card file – Allows to accept and describe, and execute research, mark the method, set a term, and indicate the person who execute the research.
  • Research card – Allows to register the documents related with deliveries and research (delivery protocol, research results, evidence, …)
  • Assortment card file – Supportive register which describes provided products and raw materials
  • Employees card file – Supportive data base used in borrowings and returns
  • Provider card file – Module that allows to register the providers
  • Analitical module – Analitical module enables to analyze the research results and to make listings and reports
  • Templates – Supportive card file for SZJ document template management
  • Supportive module - They are used to join data bases with choosen external programs (MS Word, MS Excel)
  • Archive – It allowes to store the information copies that are included in the data base
  • Network modules – Make able to use a program in the network environment and to exchange information between other data base systems (eg. SQL). Additional module to support electronic mail.
  • Security protection – Provides a controlled access to each module and program commands
