Program to record of the control measure equipment allows to gathering and storing the information about the equipment to control measurements and research and also allows to efficient managing of this equipment in accordance with the requirements of the international norm ISO 9001. Program enables an easy way for placing in data base every important information needed to run the card file of the control measure equipment, and also its clustering, filtrating, sorting and printing in different profiles. Thanks to specially designed artwork and user friendly interface the management of the control measure equipment is simple, quick and efficient.
| Main system modules: | Functions: | - Measuring equipment card file – The basic data base, containing information regarding control measure equipment, with a possibility of searching and clustering according to choosen criterion and printing: equipment card, equipment lists, listings, forms, etc.). Automatic notification about the equipment to control.
- Measurement and verification card file – The basic data base used to store information about lagalization, standardization, verification, etc. results. Emission of the documentation related with control (evidence and protocols). Possibility of connecting the tools directly with an RS 232 output.
- Emploee card file – Supportive data base used in borrowing card file in order to identify the employee with a measuring tool (borrowings and returns)
- Plans and control card file (Schedules) – The basic data base used to plan the control of the equipment and to create schedules, indexes, catalogues, etc.
- Legalizing institutions card file – Supportive data base used in equipment card file to identify institutions which takes charge of legalization of the measuring tool (notifications, correspondence, opinion, ...).
- Order card file – Supportive data base used to recieve external orders of quipment control (customer name, information about the equipment, control method, etc.)
- Integral-regal module – Allows to link the software with high storage shelves made by Hanel company, and also provides full control of performed operations and extensive multidimensional analysis.
- MSA - analysis of the measuring system
- Supportive modules – They are used to join data bases with choosen external programs (MS Word, MS Excel)
- Archive – It allowes to store the information copies that are included in the data base.
- Network modules – Make able to use a program in the network environment and to exchange information between other data base systems (eg. SQL). Additional module to support electronic mail.
- Security protection – Provides a controlled access to each module and program commands
